The LRRSA has opened an online shop facility to enable you to purchase our goods using your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) through the DirectOne secure server.
On the first screen when entering our shop you will find a Categories section on the top left-hand side. Here you will find listed:
- LRRSA books - books published by us
- Other books - books published by others
- Light Railways magazine - all back-numbers of Light Railways currently available
- LRRSA Members only - select this category if you are a current member of the LRRSA to receive your member's discount. All orders we receive at LRRSA members' prices will be checked against our current membership list. If you are not an LRRSA member please do not use the LRRSA Members only category as we will have to return your payment and will not be able to fill your order!
An important note for customers in the United Kingdom ...When entering your postcode please do not use any spaces within the postcode, use a hyphen. This is acceptable: CB5-2DY but unfortunately this will not work: CB5 2DY If you leave a space within your postcode the system will not be able to work out the cost of postage! |
Postage will be automatically calculated on all orders - local and international, and will be shown on the checkout screen before you confirm your order. For international orders to Africa, America and Europe you will have the choice of seamail or airmail.
International orders will automatically have Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) deducted, and you will see the prices without GST.
Payment:
To pay by credit card select the DirectOne option on the Payment Information screen. You will then be transferred to a secure web-site where you can enter your credit card details. We do not see your credit card number, and do not store it on our system.

Despatch of orders:
Orders are usually despatched within one week, however please allow four weeks before making enquiries. Some items may be temporarily out of stock, and everything related to the shop is handled by part-time volunteers.
